A Mould Counter assists production by  positively monitoring mold usage by tracking activity for the life of the tool.

With the Progressive CounterView®, three mounting styles are available for easy installation: –

“Block” shape: CVPL 200

The CVPL200 can be replaced at a later stage with he electronic mould monitor with no extra machining of the mould necessary)

“R” Series (Round): CVR and CVRL

The R-Series provides a compact alternative to the standard CounterView and with both right and left hand versions. Additionally, the Attachment Block set offers a unique way to attach Progressive’s patented R-Series CounterView counter to the mold, especially when space is a factor. The blocks can be attached to the mold or Guide Pin Blocks in either direction, using either the right or left round counter.
